LIMITED WARRANTY TERMS 

It only applies to the products sold on the EcoRiding official website (ecoriding.com). Other ways to buy EcoRiding electric bikes & scooters (Amazon, offline dealers, etc) are subject to the corresponding warranty policies.

For Original Purchaser

We provide a 1-year warranty for each e-bikes & e-scooters, excluding all wear and tear items. The warranty begins from the day of receiving the product.

NB. Wearing parts and consumables are of no warranty.

Note that the warranty qualification is not transferable and is reserved for the buyer (the recipient of the order) only. The warranty expires when your scooter is resold or transferred to someone else.

Parts & Components

Genuine EcoRiding parts and components come with a limited warranty. (When all warranty spare parts are sent to the customer, the customer needs to bear the freight.)

Wear and Tear Items

“Wear and tear” refers to damage that naturally and inevitably occurs as a result of normal riding. Wear and tear items are not covered by this warranty policy. The following is a non-exhaustive list of other typical wear and tear items not covered by this warranty:

  • Tires
  • Fender
  • Bearings
  • Brake Pads
  • Chains
  • Free Hub Bodies
  • Handlebar Grips
  • Rubber moving parts
  • Shifter, brake cables and casings
  • Spokes
  • Sprockets
  • Stripped threads/bolts
  • Tools
  • Transmission gears

*Additional wear-and-tear items not listed here may also apply. Please contact our after-sales support for confirmation.

Uncovered Situations

  1. Improper assembly or installation.
  2. Crash, neglect, improper repair, improper maintenance, or other abnormal, excessive, or improper use.
  3. Damage caused by overloading/excessive weight, attempting tricks, running into obstacles such as curbs, or walls, pro-longed exposure to rain, and submersion in water.
  4. Improper alteration or installation of components, parts, or accessories not originally intended for or compatible with EcoRiding products.
  5. Failure to perform maintenance or service at appropriate intervals in accordance with the written instructions provided with the products.
  6. Any electrical and/or material damage or breakage not stemming from a manufacturing defect.
  7. To be eligible for reimbursement of third-party repair costs, customers must obtain our prior approval before proceeding with any such service. Repairs carried out without our knowledge or consent will not be reimbursed under the warranty.
